For each new customer relationship, we require information that identifies each individual or legal entity that opens an account. This information includes name, physical address, date of birth, and other identification information. We are also required to verify and record this information.

Fortuna Bank has partnered with Main Street Checks to safely and conveniently provide online check reordering. If you have your routing/transit number and account number, you are ready to reorder checks online. For more information, please visit check reordering online, or stop into the Fortuna Bank branch near you to complete your order.

Open a personal Checking, Savings, CD, Money Market or HSA account online in minutes, anytime you like! You’ll just need some identification documents and a way to make an opening deposit; our system will guide you through the process.

You can update your address and phone number by logging into digital banking and selecting address or phone number under “user” at the top of the page. You can also call us at 614-347-3113 or visit the branch.

You may request stop payment services for a check that has not already been accepted by Fortuna Bank for processing. You must provide sufficient information to reasonably allow the Bank to honor the stop payment request. A stop payment order will be in effect for six months, and a fee will be charged to your account. To stop payment on a check, call us at 614-347-3113 or visit the branch. You may also request a stop payment through your digital banking under the Stop Payment option through the Accounts Tab

ATMs

You are free to use any ATM machine or network. You won’t be charged a fee by Fortuna, and we will reimburse you for any ATM fees charged by other parties.

Fortuna does not charge a fee for ATM usage. Better still, we will reimburse you for any fees incurred by other parties for any ATM usage.

Making a deposit at an ATM is not available. You can make a mobile check deposit through your mobile banking.

Debit Cards

  1. First, turn off your debit card via Digital Banking
  2. Call us at 651-347-3113 or 800-532-0070. After hours press 1 to be directed to the Lost or Stolen Customer Support line open 24/7

Your PIN can be changed through the Card Control Features in your Online Banking.

For a temporary debit card increase, you can increase your debit card limit in Digital Banking. Your increase is valid for 30 minutes, and you must have available funds.

For a permanent increase contact your banker at 614-347-3113

You can establish times during the day that your card can’t be used through the Card Control Features in Online Banking. You can also establish a travel notification on your Debit Card through the Card Control Features in Online Banking.

Yes, balance and transaction alerts can be selected based on your individual preference. 

Yes, both business and personal accounts can register through our Online Banking platform.

Simply sign in to our online banking platform and select ‘Enroll in Mobile Deposit.’ The system will walk you through the steps, and you will be enrolled following a review of your account for eligibility.

Disputes

Online Banking customers can submit a dispute from your online banking transaction history. Click on the item you’d like to dispute and provide information to us about the transaction. Fortuna Bank will receive the information and contact you for any additional information.

If you are NOT an Online Banking customer, stop in or call us at 614-347-3113 to complete the dispute request form.
