Chief Executive Officer & director

Ilaria came to Ohio from Syracuse, New York via Denison University.  With over 30 years in banking, she has held numerous roles across various institutions.  Notably, she was the Senior Vice President of Retail Development for First Bexley Bank, another de novo bank in Columbus, and more recently served as the Retail Bank President at First Financial Bank.  Her achievements have earned her a spot on Columbus Business First’s Power 100 list for two consecutive years.  Outside of work, Ilaria is a bird nerd who enjoys spending time with her two daughters.

Michelle Haslinger new

Michelle Haslinger

Michelle entered the banking industry in 2002 and has worked in multiple capacities and in various roles. Most recently she served as Vice President, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at Heartland Bank. In this role, Michelle worked with privately held companies throughout Central Ohio, providing solutions for their banking, lending and cash management needs. In addition, she partnered with real estate developers to bring their project to market through funding sources or syndication. As Chief Lending Officer, Michelle oversees the lending strategy and execution for Fortuna Bank.

While there are many reasons Michelle loves her career and industry, she is truly enthusiastic about economic development in Central Ohio and supporting women in business. Michelle’s dedication shows through her volunteer efforts and long-standing board work and participation.

She is a proud mother of two teenagers and loves cheering them on while traveling for their sports.

Anthony Stollings, CPA (inactive)

Tony is a Columbus native and a graduate of The Ohio State University. He lives in Cincinnati, Ohio and is a former bank executive with over 40 years of banking experience, including having served for various institutions in the roles of President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Banking Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Controller. From 2006 until his retirement in 2019, Tony held roles of increasing responsibility at First Financial Bancorp, ultimately serving as President and Chief Banking Officer. 

He and his wife enjoy traveling and spending time with family, a daughter in Pennsylvania and a son in Colorado.

Ashley Dick is an empowering leader in the banking industry with a passion for making a difference. Ashley started her career in the greater Columbus, Ohio market in 2008. Over the years, Ashley has had a growing passion for women in business and female entrepreneurs. Named a Woman of Influence by Columbus Business First, Ashley believes in providing valuable resources and expertise to drive positive impact. As Chief Retail and Community Officer, Ashley oversees all consumer banking activity and community development efforts for Fortuna Bank.

Ashley is a proud mom of two and resides in Hilliard, Ohio with her husband and kids.

Ali is passionate about empowering women in the financial industry and supporting businesses as they thrive. With more than 15 years of experience in banking, she has held key positions including Executive Director, Controller, and Business Banking Credit Approval Officer. Ali has extensive expertise in full-cycle accounting, financial planning and analysis, and credit risk management, with a strong focus on risk identification and mitigation. A licensed CPA in Ohio, she leverages her deep technical knowledge and strategic insight to help organizations navigate complex financial challenges and achieve long-term success.

Outside of work, Ali loves spending time with her family.

Irma is a dedicated banking professional with over 17 years of experience in client-facing roles, including positions at both a de novo and a smaller regional bank. Throughout her career, Irma has earned multiple awards, reflecting her passion for helping others with their financial needs.

Originally from Puerto Rico, she is fluent in Spanish and deeply committed to providing personalized financial services. Irma has been happily married for 30 years and continues to be a trusted advisor in her community.

Cathy began her banking career in the mid-1990’s as a retail banker and has held multiple positions over the years including teller, personal banker, and assistant branch manager. She had the opportunity to be involved with a couple of de novo banks over the last two decades including the former First Bexley Bank. Most recently, Cathy was an AVP of Loan Administration at another de novo in Columbus area.

Cathy lives in Galena, Ohio with her two daughter and husband of 19 years.

Edythe Jones has 30 years of experience in banking and is deeply involved in the communities where she lives and works, with a special focus on mentoring young women. Recognized by customers and employers for her kindness, Edythe is passionate about fostering positive relationships and making a difference in others’ lives. In her personal time, she enjoys reading books that contribute to her mental and spiritual growth. Guided by the motto “life is too short to spend time being angry,” Edythe strives to live with positivity and purpose.

Lisa Berger

Lisa J. Berger, Esq.

Chairwoman of the Board

Lisa is a Columbus native who graduated from Columbus School for Girls. She furthered her education at Princeton University and spent some years immediately after graduation running a bed and breakfast in Kona, Hawaii. She returned to Ohio State to attend law school and, upon graduation, worked as a real estate lawyer at Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur and at Kayne Law Group before purchasing a large Columbus, Ohio title company, Amerititle Downtown. In 2016, she eventually sold Amerititle to Fidelity National Financial, and has spent over 10 years developing and rehabbing multifamily properties on Columbus’s near east side.

When she is not busy starting, running or working in her businesses, she is happy visiting with and spending time with her husband, 3 kids and 2 cattle dogs.

Jeff Meyer

Jeffrey Meyer, Esq.

Jeff is an attorney, a title agent and entrepreneur.  He worked as a corporate securities and real estate lawyer for Benesch before founding and operating multiple title agencies.  In January, 2023, he sold his remaining title agencies to Fidelity National Title Company. Jeff has extensive community banking board experience, having served as an organizer and director of First Bexley Bank and then as a director of First Financial Bancorp. He has been involved in a number of businesses over the years, including real estate, restaurants and hospitality.  Jeff is active in civic and charitable organizations and has served as Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Columbus Jewish Foundation and the Columbus Jewish Community Center.  

Jeff is married with three adult sons.

Lori attended Miami University and The University of Chicago. She started her career at KPMG then founded an accounting and finance consulting firm in central Ohio that has won a Best Places to Work Award for eight years. She focuses a large part of her time on mentoring and lifting other entrepreneurs.

In her free time she is a private pilot and likes to do yoga. She also enjoys spending time with her family, especially playing board games.

Christie is the Managing Partner for executive search firm, BroadView Talent Partners. Her focus includes helping clients identify their next best leader, coaching both clients and candidates through the onboarding and transition processes, nurturing positive relationships and lasting impacts. Christie’s 30 year plus career spans the public, private and nonprofit sector. She is a former Deputy Chief of Staff to former Columbus Mayor Michael B. Coleman and the former Chief Executive Officer of YWCA Columbus.

Christie serves on numerous boards and was named a YWCA Women of Achievement in 2015 and selected by her peers as the Columbus Business First CEO of the Year in the large nonprofit category (2020). She resides with her husband in downtown Columbus.

Carla Donev

Carla came to Ohio from Ellwood City, PA after attending Baldwin-Wallace University. With over 20 years of experience in accounting, audit, compliance, and cybersecurity, she has held numerous roles in various industries organizations across Central Ohio. Her most recent position has been the Vice President of Security and Chief Information Security Officer of NiSource where she oversees cybersecurity and physical security. Carla has been recognized as CISO of the Year by the 2024 Cybersecurity Excellence Awards and Top Global CISO Aware in 2023 by Cyber Defense Magazine.

When not working, Carla enjoys spending time with her family traveling around the globe.

Carolyn is a lifelong Ohio resident, relocating from Dayton to Columbus in 2020. She enjoyed a 30-year career in finance and executive management, most recently serving as Executive Vice President for the Henny Penny Corporation, a $400M food service equipment manufacturer serving many well-known restaurant brands worldwide. Roles in her career at Henny Penny included Chief Financial Officer and Chief People Officer.

Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys fitness, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their five children.

Jon Eesley

Jon Eesley

Jon is a partner at Windsor Advisory Group. Prior to his work at Windsor, he was the Managing Partner of the Columbus office of KPMG LLP as well as a principal at Bernstein Global Wealth Management. Jon currently serves on the Board of Directors for Highlights for Children. He has previously served on the boards of the James Cancer Hospital, Buckeye Ranch and the Columbus Boys and Girls Club.

Jon is lifelong resident of Central Ohio but does enjoy his trips out West with his wife, Tami, to their second home in Park City, Utah. Although Jon is quick to admit his “free time” is limited, he spends such time to outdoor adventure and “projects”.

Heather Brandon

Heather Brandon, CPA

Heather is a lifelong Columbus resident. She currently works at OhioHealth as a Vice President of Finance. Previously, she held various roles at Ohio State University Physicians, Inc. after spending six years in public accounting. Heather serves on the Boards of Westerville Endoscopy Center, MedCare and MedFlight. Previously, she served on Boards for the American Red Cross Buckeye Region, Columbus Chapter of Foundation Fighting Blindness and various other local not-for-profit boards.

Her relaxation time includes traveling with her family and friends, reading and exercising.
